Reflections from Sunny California
Some school visits remind you that the future of education isn’t simply about new ideas, new technologies, or new spaces.
It’s about people.
This week, I had the incredible opportunity to spend time at a true West LA icon, Notre Dame Academy Los Angeles. In every conversation, I experienced a culture where community, innovation, curiosity, and care aren’t just words—they are woven into the fabric of the school.
The hospitality was exceptional, but what stood out even more was the spirit behind it: a genuine willingness to collaborate, listen, imagine, and explore what might be possible.
That’s where meaningful strategic work begins.
Not with a document.
Not with a chronological plan.
But with people coming together around a shared sense of purpose and a willingness to imagine a future that doesn’t yet exist.
I’m incredibly grateful to Lilliam Paetzold and the NDA community for welcoming me into their journey and for the opportunity to contribute, listen, challenge, and dream alongside them.
Thank you, NDA, for an inspiring week. I’m excited for the journey ahead.
